Billing & Cancellation
Non-refundable purchases, cancellation, and paid-access terms
Billing and Cancellation
This policy explains Mindley's payment, renewal, cancellation, and paid-access terms. Mindley is a digital subscription service, so purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Final and Non-Refundable Payments
All subscription payments and other digital purchases are final and non-refundable once completed. Mindley does not offer a trial refund window, returns, exchanges, replacements, credits, or partial refunds for unused time, change of mind, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated output.
Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. If applicable law requires a refund, or our Merchant of Record or payment provider determines that one is required, that mandatory process will apply.
Renewal and Charges
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. The price, billing period, and included features are shown before checkout.
Cancel Future Renewal
You may request cancellation through our Contact page using the email address linked to your account. Submit the request before the renewal date. Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge; it does not reverse or refund the payment for the current billing period.
After cancellation, your paid features remain available through the plan expiry date shown in your account. When that paid period ends, your account returns to the free tier and the Subscription will not renew.
Digital Service — No Returns or Replacements
Mindley provides access to digital software and generated study material rather than physical goods. There is therefore no product return, delivery replacement, or exchange process.
Incorrect or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, or made after a valid cancellation took effect, contact us promptly through the Contact page using the email address linked to your account. Include the charge date, amount, plan, and transaction reference so the billing record can be investigated.
Payment Provider and Legal Rights
Payments may be processed by our Merchant of Record or another payment provider. Their legally required billing, dispute, and consumer-protection procedures may also apply. This policy does not remove any non-waivable rights available to you under applicable law.
